All club training fees are paid monthly in advance

If a student does not turn up for training, that is down to them, and will not receive a refund.

If also for any given reason the owners of the hall need it (which is not very often) there will normally be an arrangement that we do not pay for that evening, and if that should happen students will be notified that that evening will not be paid for in their subs

If Students are absent for any time up to one month they are to pay full fees that they would normally train within this period.

Should it be longer term of absence over one month the student will be required to pay half the normal fees they would normally pay to remain a member if failure to comply to this ruling their membership will be revoked .

Members will be required to pay their training fees on the first week of the month and must pay for ALL lessons whether they attend or not. This also includes non-attendance due to holidays , but where a term of sickness ie whereby the student is out of training for a given amount of time then no fee will be required,, this does not mean one lesson or two lessons off it means a term of sickness ie a couple of weeks etc away or more !

And in fairness to other paying students. These rules must apply for the payment of the Hall used and also goes to other reasons to keep up the club and for it to maintain in running i.e. Insurances etc, there is more to it than paying the hall.
